Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Data Deletion

If you have connected your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account to our platform and wish to delete your data, you can do so in the following ways.

If you still have access to your workspace/account

1. Go to the Analytics tab in your admin dashboard.
2. Select the Meta tab.
3. Click Disconnect Meta.

This will remove your Meta access token, ad account configuration, and all stored Meta configuration for your workspace from our systems.

If you no longer have access to the workspace, or need additional help

Send an email to dev@marqet.in from the email address associated with your account.

Use the subject line: “Meta Data Deletion Request”.

Include:

• Your workspace name
• The email address you used in our app (if possible)

We will delete or anonymize all Meta‑related data associated with your account/workspace within 30 days and confirm by email.

Important: Removing our app from your Meta account (via Facebook/Instagram settings) stops any future data access.
